Assembler / Industrial Painter – Join Our Growing Team!

•Location: Stuart, FL

•Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional overtime)

•Type: Contract-to-Hire

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Assembler / Painter to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, painting, and assembling parts using hand and power tools. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

+ Prep and clean parts for painting using washers or solvents

+ Apply paint finishes and operate spray booth equipment

+ Assemble and package components using hand and power tools

+ Track daily progress and report any issues or shortages

+ Safely move and stack parts using a forklift

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

+ Perform other duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience with industrial painting and assembly

+ Comfortable using hand and power tools

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures

+ Bonus: Experience with spray guns, sandblasting, powder coating, or blueprint reading

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
