    _Job Type: Contract to Hire_

    _Schedule: 12-hour rotating schedule, 6pm - 6am_

As a **Chop Line Operator** , you’ll be hands-on with carbon fiber—an essential material in aerospace, automotive, and beyond.     •** **What You’ll Be Doing

    + Set up and monitor the chop line for carbon fiber cutting

    + Load and maintain 76 spools of carbon fiber on the rack

    + Tie spools together for seamless transitions

    + Use the HMI screen to specify cut types

    + Clear carbon fiber buildup from eyelets and line components

    + Collect and secure finished product bags

    + Learn to build backup chopper heads as you gain experience

    •** **What You Bring to the Table

    + At least 1 year of manufacturing experience

    + Familiarity with general labor, production, or fabrication

    + Skilled with hand tools and machine operation

    + Basic math skills

    + Experience in packaging, construction, or carpentry is a plus

    + Comfortable working in a hot and dusty environment

    + Bonus: Experience with HMI screen operation

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $22.26 - $23.92/hr.
