Job Description

Operators are responsible for managing their designated 'Cell' and guiding products for the through the production cycle. The process involves handling a molding tool, filling it with material, operating machinery, cooling, inspecting, and documenting results. This role is repetitive and requires attention to detail.

Responsibilities

+ Fill molding tools with material

+ Operate machinery to mold products.

+ Use an air brush to cool products.

+ Inspect products for defects like air bubbles or rips.

+ Document production details including quality checks and maintenance.

+ Maintain a shift log tracking production goals and machine conditions.

Essential Skills

+ Ability to stand for full shifts.

+ Attention to detail in inspection and production processes.

+ Basic counting, sorting, and documentation skills.

+ Ability to lift 35lbs multiple times per hour.

+ Strong communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in production, assembly, or machine operation.

+ Ability to read and understand English.

+ Commitment to safety and quality standards.

+ Enthusiasm for the role and ability to work in a team.

Available Shift & Pay

+ 2nd shift Monday – Friday (2pm-10pm OR 3pm-11pm) - $23 after shift diff. which starts AFTER TRAINING

+ 3rd shift Sunday – Thursday (10pm-6am OR 11p-7am) - $23 after shift diff. which starts AFTER TRAINING

Work Environment

Operators work in a climate-controlled environment. Protective equipment is provided, including safety glasses and Kevlar sleeves. The facility allows drinks with caps on the floor, and employees must adhere to a no-smoking policy during work hours. Shifts are structured to include paid breaks, with no leaving the facility during work hours.

This is a Contract to Hire position located 15 minutes south of Greenfield, Indiana

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
