    Job Title: Operations Associate I

    Job Description

    Join a dynamic team dedicated to assembling medical devices with precision and adherence to FDA guidelines and specifications. As an Operations Associate I, you will be responsible for building and assembling oxygen concentrators, ensuring safety and quality are prioritized above all.

    Responsibilities

    + Build and assemble oxygen concentrators following manufacturing documentation including assembly instructions, travelers, packaging instructions, and configuration logs.

    + Inspect prototypes, perform modifications, upgrades, and complete assemblies ensuring accuracy and quality output.

    + Conduct mechanical assemblies using various hand tools such as wrenches, drivers, and sockets.

    + Maintain strict configuration controls and verify the accuracy of finished assemblies and packaging.

    + Perform transactions in the ERP system and utilize basic computer skills.

    + Communicate effectively, explaining work experience in detail during interviews.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in Mechanical or Electronic assembly.

    + Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings.

    + Understanding of quality standards and requirements.

    + Strong communication skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with electronic assembly, soldering, and wiring.

    + Familiarity with schematics, SAP, Oracle, and medical device assembly.

    Work Environment

     

    Experience a climate-controlled manufacturing facility operating under FDA regulations and guidelines for medical devices. The fast-paced environment requires urgency and precision, with mandatory overtime when necessary, starting as early as 5am or staying until 1am for shifts.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, Texas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
