    Production Workers Needed in La Vergne, 2nd Shift $18.50/hr!

    Job Description

    Join our team as a General Production Worker where you will be responsible for pulling, packing, and loading products onto pallets. You will monitor quality and stack orders based on daily requirements. Comfort with lifting up to 25lbs repetitively, high attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory counting are essential. Be prepared to stand for 10+ hours a day.

    Responsibilities

    + Pull, pack, and load products onto pallets.

    + Packing and stacking production on the line.

    + Monitor the quality of products.

    + Stack orders based on daily requirements.

    + Lift up to 25lbs repetitively.

    + Count inventory accurately.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in warehouse, production, and general labor.

    + Proficiency in picking, packing, and palletizing.

    + Familiarity with RF scanners and packaging.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Previous experience as a picker/packer.

    + Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution.

    Work Environment

     

    Work shifts is 2nd shift from 3:30PM to 12AM, with extended 10-hour days. The facility is non-climate controlled but not excessively hot. Adherence to GMP guidelines is mandatory. Hairnets and beard coverings are required in designated areas, and jewelry is restricted except for medical alerts and plain wedding bands. Personal grooming restrictions include no false eyelashes, nails, body glitter, or exposed nail polish, and no perfumes or after-shave.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
