Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Specialist

Job Description

This position involves building crates and pallets for various OEM parts. You will use saws, hand tools, power tools, and tape measures to assemble crates according to work order dimensions. Additionally, you will be responsible for loading and unloading products from incoming and outgoing trailers, utilizing overhead hoists and forklifts.

Responsibilities

+ Build crates and pallets for different OEM parts using saws, hand tools, power tools, and tape measures.

+ Load and unload products from incoming and outgoing trailers.

+ Operate overhead hoists and forklifts.

+ Prepare bills of lading for all outgoing shipments.

+ Allocate incoming products in the warehouse.

+ Drive light deliveries to local clients.

+ Enter client information into the company database.

+ Lift up to 70 lbs as needed.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in shipping and receiving.

+ Palletizing and inventory management.

+ Forklift operation.

+ Data entry and bills of lading preparation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Minimum of 1 year of warehouse or woodworking experience.

+ Ability to navigate a computer efficiently.

+ Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $52000.00/yr.
