Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a General Production Worker, where you will contribute to the manufacturing process of plastic containers used in the Automotive and Agricultural industries. This is a contract-to-hire position with opportunities to work various shifts, responding to increased demand and servicing additional customers.

Responsibilities

+ Assemble parts of plastic containers efficiently and accurately.

+ Adhere to safety guidelines and complete the orientation and safety packet information from home before the first day.

+ Follow the shift schedule and report to the designated supervisor at shift start.

+ Maintain productivity while working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production, assembly, and general labor.

+ Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

+ Capability to work 8-12 hour shifts.

+ Proficiency in working with injection molding presses.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging is a plus.

+ Flexibility to work across different shifts as required.

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment that is non-temperature controlled. The facility operates using injection molding presses. The dress code is casual, with shorts permitted and no requirement for steel-toed shoes. Please note that the property is smoke-free, with designated smoking areas located off-site.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bardstown, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
