+ **1st Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 4:00 AM – 2:00 PM

+ **2nd Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

•** **About the Role

As the **Lead Punch List Carpenter** , you’ll be responsible for overseeing and executing the final finishing work on modular units. You’ll lead a small team, ensure quality standards are met, and serve as the go-to expert for trim, touch-ups, and final prep before units are staged and shipped.

•** **Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and mentor a team of finish carpenters and laborers.

+ Perform and oversee:

+ **Trim work**

+ **Drywall repair**

+ **Door adjustments**

+ **Hardware installation**

+ **Minor painting tasks**

+ **Final unit prep for staging**

+ Review and complete punch lists with precision and efficiency.

+ Collaborate with quality control and production supervisors to meet deadlines.

+ Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the work area.

+ Provide feedback and training to team members to uphold craftsmanship standards.

•** **What You Bring

+ 5+ years of finish carpentry or punch list experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or lead role.

+ Mastery of hand tools, power tools, and finishing techniques.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and punch lists.

+ Strong communication and leadership skills.

+ A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to quality.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
