Job Title: Stockroom Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and organized Stockroom Clerk to compile and maintain a database of inventory records, detailing the quantity and type of materials, equipment, merchandise, and supplies stocked within the company. This role requires recording the receipt and disbursement of inventory items.

Responsibilities

+ Compile and maintain a database of inventory records.

+ Record receipt and disbursement of inventory items.

+ Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.

+ Perform general data entry tasks using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ Engage in shipping and receiving activities.

+ Unload, pick, select orders, load, package, and stock inventory.

Essential Skills

+ Minimum of 2 years of general data entry experience.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

+ Forklift operation experience is mandatory.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in inventory control and management.

+ Familiarity with warehouse operations.

+ Ability to handle receiving tasks efficiently.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chatsworth, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
