**Job Title:** Electronics Technician / Wire Harness Technician

**Location:** Hanahan, South Carolina

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Occasional overtime)

**Pay:** $25-$32/hr based on experience & interview

Overview:

Join a focused and innovative team at the forefront of product development. We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician with hands-on experience in wire harness assembly and electronic testing. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute directly to building and refining a brand-new product in a clean, climate-controlled workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assemble wire harnesses according to schematics and technical specifications

+ Perform wire processing, cutting, soldering, and crimping/stripping

+ Use multi-meter tools to test and verify components

+ Collaborate with development teams to enhance SOPs and identify process improvements

+ Document assembly procedures and maintain accurate inventory records

+ Build electrical panels and subassemblies using blueprints and diagrams

+ Assist in basic testing setups and record data for design validation

Required Qualifications:

+ U.S. Citizenship (required for this role)

+ Proven experience in wire harness assembly

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics

+ Skilled in soldering and multi-meter usage

+ Familiarity with crimping, wire stripping, and panel building

+ Ability to follow technical instructions and maintain safety standards

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in avionics or military electronics

+ Understanding of NEC and ESD standards

+ Exposure to radio frequency systems and diagnostics

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
