Position Description
Infinite Electronics Inc., a global supplier of electronics components and subassemblies, is seeking to fill a Senior Product Analyst position. This position belongs to the Product Process & Data Management function, which is responsible for managing and executing projects owned by the Global Product Strategy department. The Senior Product Analyst reports to the Senior Manager of Product Process & Data.
Infinite Electronics’ brands include Pasternack, Fairview Microwave, L-Com Global Connectivity, MilesTek, Aiconics, Polyphaser, Transtector, Integra Optics, Show Me Cables, NavePoint, and Bulgin.
The Senior Product Analyst will play a critical role shaping the direction of the Infinite Electronics’ product strategy by working closely with product line managers, engineering, sales, and executive leadership to analyze market trends, customer needs, innovation pipeline and product roadmap and performance to support strategic decisions and the long-term growth of the company. The Senior Analyst will also be involved in the definition and implementation of projects led by the Global Product Strategy department. This position will actively participate in the highly visible corporate-wide initiative, working with multiple departments to drive the innovation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the electronic components space.
+ Identify white space opportunities and support go-to-market strategies for new product introductions.
+ Evaluate product line performance using sales, margin, and lifecycle data.
+ Recommend rationalization, enhancements, or new product development based on data-driven insights.
+ Maintain and improve the innovation pipeline and new products roadmap.
+ Support annual and quarterly product strategy planning cycles.
+ Develop business cases for strategic initiatives, including ROI analysis and scenario modeling.
+ Partner with product line managers, engineering, and operations to assess feasibility and cost implications of new products.
+ Work with product line managers, sales, and marketing to align product positioning with customer needs and market demand.
+ Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as revenue growth, market share, and product adoption.
+ Prepare strategic findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
+ Create and simulate scenarios planning, assess their impact, and elaborate recommendations.
+ Document, communicate, and maintain project scope.
+ Develop project schedule and resource plan, collaborating with respective functional managers to ensure adequate project support.
+ Lead the execution of the projects assigned.
+ Resolve and /or escalate conflicts and issues in an appropriate manner to maintain project schedule.
+ Own status and reporting meetings both with the project team, and with company management.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in product strategy, business analysis, product management or project management.
+ Strong analytical, financial modeling and reporting skills.
+ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, SQL, BI tools (e.g., Power BI), database management tools and MS Project or similar project scheduling tools.
+ Familiarity with ideation and roadmap tools (e.g., Productboard) and product strategy tools (e.g., Innovator’s DNA, SWOT).
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred Requirements
+ PMP certification.
+ Experience with product data management (e.g., PIM), product master, product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and ERP platforms (e.g., NAV, Business Central).
+ Experience with ecommerce platform.
+ Experience in the manufacturing or distribution of electronics components or subsystems.
+ Work experience in private equity owned companies.
+ Experience with innovation pipeline and product roadmap.

Reports To: Senior Manager of Product Management Operations
Physical Job Requirements:
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Constantly communicates with employees and leaders, both verbally and in writing.
• Constantly operates a computer.
