We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Assistant to join our growing team. We see a verity of work-related injuries, provide surveillance testing and employment physical to ensure the health of employees across the nation.

    Some duties could include:

    + Assist in patient assessments and intake procedures. Appropriately documents information obtained.

    + Perform clinical tasks including blood draws, injections, PFT and audiometric testing.

    + Become certified to perform DOT drug screen and breath alcohol testing.

    + Administers vaccinations and TB skin test.

    + Engages and helps promote patient education as appropriate

    + Assist with administrative task including scheduling appointments, reporting out results.

    What’s Required:

    NON-CREDENTIALED MEDICAL ASSISTANT

    + High school graduate or GED equivalent is preferred

    + One year (1) relevant experience working in a physician practice or similar healthcare setting in a provider/patient support or Graduate of a Medical Assistant Program approved by Munson healthcare.

    + BLS certification preferred and must be obtained within 90 days of hire and maintained
