Location:

This role will be based on-site our Memphis, TN facility.

What Will You Do?-Support creation of visual aids and work instructions.-Assist with calibration tracking and verification for all measurement devices.-Support product and process engineering activities under the direction of the Quality Engineer.-Collect and organize raw data for analysis.-Participate in routine process and product audits.-Support new product introduction and process improvement based on design of experiments.-Configure MES flows for rework routing.-Execute and track document actions including DA, ECN, and CAPA.-Review in-line nonconforming material and coordinate movement to MRB.-Perform additional duties as assigned.

How Will You Get Here?

Education:

-High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience:

-2-4+ years of applicable quality technician experience.

-Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: -Present information clearly to teams, management, and customers as needed.-Analyze problems, collect and interpret data, and develop valid conclusions.-Operate computers and software in a Windows environment.-Utilize Microsoft Office applications with advanced proficiency.-Read visual work aids and write simple documentation.-Follow clear written or verbal instructions with consistency.-Perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals, percentages, and ratios.-Work effectively within standardized processes with limited variation.
