    Overview

     

    Intrepid Solutions, a CIS Secure company, is pursuing a new contract supporting a DoD customer near Patuxent River, MD. We are seeking a detail oriented and motivated Journeyman Logistician to join our team as a part of our pursuit of this opportunity and as a key person at the start of the contract. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and improvement of supportability and maintainability programs associated with CUXS technologies. This role involves working closely with logistics and maintenance control teams to evaluate system needs, enhance performance, and ensure long-term supportability across the program lifecycle. We expect this work to begin in March, 2026.

    Responsibilities

    + Assist in the development, evaluation, and refinement of CUXS logistics and maintainability programs.

    + Support logistics organizations by analyzing system support requirements, identifying necessary resources, and recommending solutions.

    + Participate in planning and execution of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) programs, including test and evaluation efforts.

    + Conduct acquisition requirements analysis, life cycle cost assessments, and budget/financial tracking for logistics efforts.

    + Ensure compatibility and standardization of CUXS hardware and software in logistics frameworks.

    + Collect, compile, and analyze logistics, maintenance, acquisition, and financial data to inform program decisions.

    + Develop, prepare, and validate documentation and reports related to automated logistics and maintenance data systems.

    + Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of logistics management

    OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:

    + This position anticipates onsite work at the customer location near Patuxent River, MD with standard work hours, Monday-Friday.

    + Some telework may be considered with pre-approval from the customer.

    TRAVEL:

    + Minimal travel is expected, <10%.

    Qualifications

    CLEARANCE:

    + Active Secret clearance required at the time of application for initial consideration. *This position is not open to clearance sponsorship, upgrade, or reactivation.*

    EDUCATION:

    + Bachelors degree in a related field.

    + Four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree.

    CERTIFICATION(S):

    + None required.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a Department of Defense (DoD) or Navy environment.

    + Strong understanding of ILS, R&M, and system support planning concepts.

    + Proficiency in data analysis and logistics reporting tools and systems.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

    + Prior experience supporting Navy logistics programs or similar defense acquisition efforts.

    + Familiarity with lifecycle support planning, DoD logistics systems, and technical documentation development.

The actual salary offered may vary based on various factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, education, geographic location, as well as internal equity, and alignment to market data.

    **Pay Range:** $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
