    As a Senior Financial Analyst – Wixom, MI you will LEAD by……….

     

    We are seeking a professional like you to join our North American Controlling team and serve as partner for the Mobile Emissions Catalysts Americas Commercial team (sales/marketing) with a focus on reporting, forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and digitalization improvements.

    In this role you will:

    + Lead monthly closing, reporting, and forecasting processes for Mobile Emissions Catalysts in North America

    + Present financial results with actionable insights to regional leadership team by analyzing financial performance, assessing deviations from budget, and identifying areas of concern or opportunity

    + Act as key partner for the North American sales management team for analyzing customer performance and advising on margin improvement opportunities

    + Lead the annual budgeting process for Mobile Emissions Catalysts in North America, including coordination of inputs from sales, marketing, site controlling to develop the regional budget

    + Analyze cost development in the region, with a focus on selling and business unit administration costs, and identify areas of deviation from budget and potential cost savings opportunities

    + Monitor working capital development in the region, including inventories, accounts receivables, and committed metal to ensure alignment with budget and expectations

    + Engage in ad hoc financial evaluations, including development of business cases for cost optimization, customer contractual arrangements, or other strategic projects in the region

     

    This position is a BB5 and will report to the Head of Controlling Americas. Position will expire on August 12th.

    Your elements for success……

    + BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technical, or other related field

    + MBA preferred

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in business controlling or finance/accounting, with a focus on management reporting and business analysis

    + Preferred experience with digital reporting tools, e.g. Power BI

    + Strong presentation and communication skills, including to executive leadership
