The ideal candidate will ensure both delicate precision and care, with the highest quality at the heart of the leading-edge components made in our Technology Center. Deburr Specialist Responsibilities: * Remove the micro burrs on milled and/or turned parts following existing procedures. * Develop new procedures and techniques with the aid of machinists and engineers. * Operate a heat treat furnace following existing processes and procedures * Inspect incoming parts for quality and adherence to part specifications. * Use equipment such as a bead blaster to obtain appropriate finishes. Deburr Specialist Qualifications: * Ability to sit and look through a microscope for long periods. * Detail-oriented with the highest standards of quality. * High dexterity to manipulate small objects. * Excellent eye-hand coordination. * Knowledge of machine processes is a plus. * Willingness to question anything that doesn't make sense or may be in error. Shift: * Monday to Friday from 07:00 AM to 03:30 PM.
