We are seeking a strategic and client-focused **Analytics Senior Leader** to join our Market Access and Technology Solutions team as the Advanced Analytics Lead. Market Access Technologies and Services (MATS) is an evolution and re-structuring of the Market Access capabilities IQVIA has operated in recent years under the name “Contract & Revenue Management (C&RM)”. The team represents IQVIA’s updated capabilities across “full stack” market access support to clients, including 4 client delivery units:
+ Enriched Market Access Data
+ Information Management and integration
+ Advanced Analytics
+ Managed Services
+ Systems Implementation
This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Life Science Analytics and a strong track record of delivering high-impact solutions in life sciences. You will lead client engagements, drive business development, and shape innovative analytics offerings that deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
+ Continue the buildout and growth of an Advanced Analytics practice focusing on the design and delivery of high impact, scalable offerings using IQVIA and market access data sets
+ Collaborate with each of the Market Access Technology & Solutions Business Units to bring innovative and scalable offerings to the market
+ Work closely with our business development team to drive sales and adoption
+ Drive proposal development and lead cross-functional project teams.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring satisfaction and high-quality outcomes.
+ Meet or exceed revenue targets through value-added solutions and strategic account growth.
+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
+ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., Palantir, Nvidia) to develop and implement analytics strategies.
+ Maintain deep knowledge of client strategies, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
+ Represent the organization through speaking engagements, publications, and client interactions.
+ Mentor and coach team members to build internal capabilities.
+ Build thought leadership to enhance and expand paid services and offerings.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
+ 10+ years of experience in life sciences or consulting
+ Demonstrate a strong understanding of best practices for analytics frameworks for products and services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, data-driven solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.
+ Experience utilizing A.I. based solutions and technologies such as Co-Pilot
+ Experience working and partnering with external analytics vendors such as Palantir.
+ Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
+ Strong understanding of consulting methodologies and industry best practices.
+ Experience managing complex projects and cross-practice teams.
+ Deep knowledge of data assets and core offerings in life sciences domain.
+ Excellent interpersonal, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
+ Ability to price engagements profitably and manage client expectations.
+ Strong influencing and networking capabilities across senior client stakeholders.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $163,100.00 - $453,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
