**Redwood Waste Solutions, Inc.** , a Waste Connections company, has an immediate opening for a **Transfer Station Attendant** out of their Transfer Station in **Albion, CA** !

Schedule is **Saturday - Wednesday 8AM-4:30PM.**

**Starting pay is $21.00 per hour** . Pay range for this job category is **$21-$22 per hour** , depending on experience.

Responsibilities Include:

+ Greeting customers as they enter the transfer station, directing them where to go

+ Cash handling

+ Assessing loads/material for payment at the scale house ​

+ Ensuring all material entering the transfer station is appropriate.

+ Traffic directing to ensure customers park in the correct area at the transfer station

+ Cleaning equipment - sweeping/power washing

+ General site cleanup as needed

+ Friendly customer service

Requirements:

+ At least 2+ years of work experience, preferably in a customer service type position.

+ The ability to lift up to 75 pounds in this labor intensive position

+ Experience operating equipment is a plus

+ Ability to work in all weather conditions throughout entire shift

+ Ability to stand on your feet throughout an 8 to 10 hour shift.
