Drive digital transformation in healthcare

As a participant in the Information Technology Development Program (ITDP), you’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on developing future leaders in digital technology. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build technical and leadership skills, and contribute to projects that make a real-world impact on healthcare delivery.
Each rotation offers a unique opportunity to explore different areas of IT, including:
+ **Cybersecurity** – Safeguard systems and data through risk management and threat detection
+ **Data Analytics & Operations** – Leverage data to drive insights and operational efficiency
+ **Technical Product/Project Management** – Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions
+ **Artificial Intelligence** – Apply machine learning and AI to enhance healthcare outcomes
+ **Application Development** – Build and optimize software tools for clinical and operational use
+ **IT Infrastructure & Architecture** – Design and support scalable, secure technology environments
You’ll also benefit from structured training, mentorship, and leadership development to prepare you for a successful career at GE HealthCare.
Basic Qualifications
+ You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Informatics, Data Science, or a related STEM field
+ Expected graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026
+ Experience applying technical and analytical skills through coursework, projects, or internships
+ Demonstrated leadership and teamwork in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications

+ Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in IT, software development, or data analytics
+ Strong academic performance demonstrated by a GPA of 3.0 or higher(on a 4.0 scale), though all applicants are encouraged to apply

+ Experience working on teams or leading projects
+ Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments
+ Openness to new ideas and perspectives
