    Salary: $36 / Hour

     

    Must have Bachelors Degree & Teaching Certification

     

    $36/hr- Start Date: 8/28. Ithaca NY

     

    Hours: 9am-3:30/3:40pm

    All candidates must possess the appropriate New York State Teacher Certification. -For Grades 7-12, candidates must hold or be eligible to obtain certification in General Science 7-12, Biology 7-12, Chemistry 7-12, Physics 7-12, or Earth Science 7-12 by the first date of employment.

     

    -For 6th Grade, candidates must hold New York State Certification in Childhood Education 1-6. Additional certification is preferred but not required.

     

    -A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

     

    Licensed teachers from other states may qualify for reciprocity in New York State

     

    Description: Seeking educators specializing in Physics, Chemistry, Earth Science, and Biology to teach at various academic levels. Responsibilities include designing an inclusive and responsive curriculum that meets all standards, including NYS and college-level concurrent enrollment requirements, while providing academic support across a range of science courses.
