Amergis Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Palmer, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:

Position: SLPA

Description: The SLPA will provide direct speech and language services to students in grades K–12 under the supervision of a licensed SLP. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, supporting communication goals across educational settings, and assisting with documentation and service tracking. Candidates should demonstrate experience working with school-aged children and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Facility Type: Public K–12 School District

Start: August 2025

Duration: 36 weeks (full school year)

Hours: Monday–Friday, school hours (varies by site)

Pay Rate: Up to $45/hour (based on experience)

Requirements:

+ Completion of an accredited SLPA program

+ Experience providing school-based services preferred

+ Ability to work collaboratively with staff and follow supervision guidelines from the supervising SLP
