    + High school diploma or equivalent (check!)

    + 18+ years old and full of enthusiasm

    + Meets all state preschool teacher assistant requirements

    + Super flexible and ready to jump in during business hours

    + Bonus points for experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare
