As a Talent Attraction Consultant (TAC), you’ll join a high-performing, collaborative team that supports hiring across our Corporate Functions—including Legal, Finance, Marketing, and People. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and HR partners to shape the future of our internal teams.

What You'll Do at Pega:
+ Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex and high-impact roles across Legal, Finance, Marketing, and People teams.
+ Partner with senior business leaders and HRBPs to develop and execute strategic hiring plans.
+ Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research.
+ Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Pega’s values and culture.
+ Use data and insights to influence hiring decisions and continuously improve recruiting processes.
+ Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team-wide initiatives, including DEI, employer branding, and process optimization.

What You've Accomplished:
+ 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on corporate functions.
+ Proven success in sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive markets.
+ Experience using ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously.
+ Track record of delivering high-quality hires and exceptional candidate experiences.
