    **This is a Hybrid Position -** (3 Office/2 Remote) In Framingham, MA

    Schedule: **8:30am - 5:30pm / Monday-Friday**

    What you’ll be doing** **:

    + The Transportation Analyst position is responsible to coordinate the movement of domestic products from our suppliers to our warehouses.

    + Good constant communication between suppliers, warehouses and carriers is key to success in this position.

    + Track and trace PO’s until delivery.

    + Manage carrier to ensure on time delivery of 97%.

    + Ensure vendor on time routing to a goal of 94%.

    + Correctly classify failures to the correct root cause.

    + Communicate late PO’s and provide ETA’s to the Inventory Team.

    + Work closely with the Inventory Team to understand expectations and identify challenges before they occur.

    What you bring to the table** **:

    + Excellent written and verbal communications skills

    + Excellent working knowledge of PC applications including Excel, Word, Access, V-Lookups, formulas

    + Ability to effectively work cross functionally

    + Strong problem-solving skills

    + Time Management Skills

    + Ability to prioritize workload

    + A good sense of urgency

    Qualifications:

    What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

    + Minimum 2 years of related work experience

    + Associate or Technical Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

    What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of experience in Advanced Analytics
