    Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Product Director, IDN/Organized Customer Strategy & Digital Activation Marketing - Neuroscience, to be located in Titusville, NJ.

    Responsible for building the end-to-end IDN/organized customer strategies, including HIT and other digital strategic capabilities, enabling the positioning of J&J NS as a strategic partner to population health decision makers (PHDM) to improve care for patients living with serious mental health conditions.

     

    Key areas of responsibilities include developing scalable solutions including HIT/relevant EHR resources, and other digital resources for Key Account Managers (KAM), providing appropriate field direction and training support, and establishing and monitoring engagement against metrics.

     

    This role will also work in tandem with the SCG Customer Marketing team, directing the customer engagement activity of the dedicated HIT Specialist and leading development of integrated digital health solutions with the intent of using technology to improve population health. This role is also responsible for providing relevant content and supporting Population Health Decision Marker targeted omnichannel/digital activity through close collaboration with cross-functional partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Build digital/HIT engagement strategy, tactical plan, and measurement plan. This requires individual to be deeply engaged in brand strategy across the portfolio and ensure that HIT/digital strategy is fully aligned and supportive of brand objectives

    + Develop scalable resources (i.e.: EHR build guides) and launch with KAM team, to include providing strategic direction for field use

    + Plan and implement training / roll-out of critical programs and resources that support KAM interactions with customers in partnership with training. Individual is responsible for ensuring that strategy, messaging, resource elements and field direction is clearly represented and communicated within all training programs.

    + Work closely with SCG Customer Marketing to lead development of integrated digital health solutions with the intent of using technology to improve population health.

    + Direct customer engagement activity of dedicated HIT Specialist, in partnership with KAM leadership. Deep connection with KAMs, attending all customer prep. and/or customer meetings to understand customer and/or KAM needs as Neuro-science continues to build the HIT capabilities

    + Provide relevant content and supporting Population Health oriented omnichannel activity through close collaboration with cross-functional partners.

    + Marketing operational support which includes, but not limited to: Vendor Management, Budget Management, Team meeting support and/or program/project management support

    Required Qualifications

    + A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.

    + 8 years of relevant commercial experience is required, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry

    + Experience working with Integrated delivery networks (Health systems)/health systems/organized customers in either a commercial/marketing capacity

    + Experience with building commercial strategy and implementing strategy with proven impact to business outcomes

    + Understand the healthcare eco-system and role of technology/EHR within organized customers

    + Experience working in a complex organization to achieve results without formal authority with cross-functional team members

    + Experience with developing resources from inceptions to copy review approval process

    + Excellent communication and project management skills

    + Ability to work in ambiguity, translate technical information into clear actionable directive and capability to handle a full workload across franchise portfolio of products

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Additional experience inclusive of: Managed care/specialty pharmacy/HIT experience within Pharma

    + Technology and/or HIT/EHR background and/or certifications (Epic, Cerner, Advance MD)

    + People leadership experience

    + MBA or other related advanced degree or equivalent experience

    + Experience in Neuroscience TA

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $120,000-$207,000

    Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
