Ideal candidate is someone who is skilled at Excel, has Tableau certification, and has prior EMR experience.
This is a Stanford Health Care job.
A Brief Overview
Write standard reports and performs basic analysis of a limited range of clinical data. Summarizes data and provides information to department manager or client group as requested. Work directly with client group in the identification of report requirements and analysis requests of limited scope. Monitor data for integrity and reliability of result.

What you will do
+ Develop an in-depth understanding of the department workflows, policies, procedures; business objectives; regulatory requirements, client groups and related systems.
+ Identify and select data elements needed to produce required report results. Run report(s), evaluate results and conduct data analysis.
+ Partner with supervisor or designated senior level Clinical Data Analyst to evaluate and resolve data discrepancies.
+ Perform basic analysis such as sums, percentages, etc. and ensure integrity of data and reliability of results. Escalate any unresolved issues to supervisor.
+ Work with client group(s) to develop an understanding of their business processes and data reporting requirements.
+ Write reports and perform basic data analysis of administrative and clinical information for a select client group.
Education Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
+ Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and interpret results
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
+ Ability to perform standard business math, financial data and make simple projections Ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines
+ Ability to work effectively both as a team player and leader
+ Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization
+ Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area
Licenses and Certifications
+ Tableau Certification highly preferred

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $38.55 - $50.11 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
