Delaware North's Patina Group is hiring a part-time Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Tangata at Bowers Museum in Santa Ana, California. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of service is provided to our guests.

$28.00 - $29.00 / hour

What will you do?

+ Assist managers with the training, development, and performance reviews of team members

+ Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume

+ Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs

More about you

+ No college degree required

+ Minimum of 1 year related experience required

+ Superior organization and guest service skills required

+ Word-processing, spreadsheets, and email required.

+ Excellent customer service skills with demonstrated experience with handling guest enquiries

Physical requirements

+ Ability to lift or carry 50 lbs

+ Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
