Support Services Manager - Home Care

Provide daily management, mentoring, and oversight of Business Information team, Customer Service team, and Administrative Supervisor responsible for Health Information Management. Responsible for identifying, correcting, and analyzing data in order to ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and applicable State and Federal law. Work collaboratively with Home Care department and Director to evaluate and onboard quality and cost effective equipment/supplies/medications. Manage assigned database(s) for a department. Assure integrity of the data for current and future use in continuous quality improvement efforts. Responsible for understanding and identifying business problems and issues, recommending systems solutions, and assisting with implementation. Supports continuous performance improvement, customer service, financial, and delivery requirements in support of Seattle Children's mission, vision and values.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Math, Business or related field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience/technical training that demonstrates technical competency.
Minimum five (5) years experience managing a database or working as a data or systems specialist or equivalent.
Experience in health care setting or related industry.
Required Credentials
Copy of required education for this position (diploma or transcript) must be submitted upon hire.
Preferred
MBA or MHA.
Compensation Range
$95,270.00 - $142,904.00 per year
Salary Information
This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
