We are looking for an experienced Lead Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Real Estate team in Dallas, TX.
Essential Functions:
+ Oversee a team of Relationship Managers to ensure the development of strong, commercial relationships while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
+ Provides leadership and strategic direction to Relationship Managers who serve as principal account and relationship managers for new and existing clients.
+ Ensures high levels of client satisfaction through effective team management, portfolio oversight, and service excellence.
+ Guides the team in developing, generating, and following up on new client leads through existing clients and interdepartmental referrals.
+ Supports Relationship Managers in reviewing client portfolios and providing strategic recommendations.
+ Provides oversight and mentorship in sales, credit analysis, loan structuring, client engagement, and judgment assessment.
+ Cross sell other bank products.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of directly related experience, including leadership and team management responsibilities.
+ Working knowledge of real estate commercial lending and/or related lending.
+ Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
+ Extensive knowledge of banking products and procedures, consumer and commercial credit structuring.
+ Strong leadership, sales strategy, client product knowledge, and relationship management skills.
