Reserve Power
This position will be hired through Brown-Forman Reserve Power, which is our temporary workforce. The position will be temporary for a year, and has potential to convert to a permanent role. The hours will vary from week to week. The position will support the Food Services team which serves Brown-Forman executives, employees, and their guests.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. This role is full time (30+ hours a week) with Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as peak days.

What You Can Expect
+ Prepare and execute a variety of dishes with consistency, care, and attention to detail
+ Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, griddles, fryers, and slicers
+ Set up and break down workstations following proper sanitation protocols
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment
+ Collaborate across all kitchen stations, including Prep/Line Cook, Expo, Salad/Deli, Catering, and Dishwasher
+ Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
+ Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, safety, and security standards
+ Complete required safety training and maintain up-to-date certifications
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with team members
+ Present a clean, professional appearance at all times
What You Bring to the Table
+ 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen or catering environment
+ Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout your shift
+ Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
+ Valid Food Handler Certificate (Louisville Metro Health Department or ServSafe)
+ A passion for food and a team-first attitude
