    Position Summary

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenDistrict Managerto oversee operations across multiple school sites. This role is responsible for managing on-site managers, ensuring operational excellence, and building strong client relationships within the education sector. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy traveling between locations, and be passionate about delivering exceptional service.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Supervise and support a team of on-site managers across multiple school campuses.

    + Ensure contract compliance, operational consistency, and service quality at each location.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators and district stakeholders.

    + Conduct regular site visits to evaluate performance, provide coaching, and resolve issues.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.

    + Monitor budgets, labor costs, and supply usage to ensure financial performance.

    + Assist in the onboarding, training, and development of management staff.

    + Respond promptly to client concerns and service requests, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

    + Ensure all sites adhere to safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.

    + Identify opportunities to expand services or improve efficiency at current accounts.

    Qualifications

    + 3+ years of multi-site management experience, preferably in environmental services, janitorial, facilities, or a related industry.

    + Experience working in or with the education sector is highly preferred.

    + Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams remotely.

    + Strong client relationship management and problem-solving skills.

    + Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

    + Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    + Valid driver's license required.
