    Kadlec is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join their full-spectrum primary care practice in West Richland, Washington. This is a great opportunity to build your own patient panel while serving a medically diverse patient population. Join a team of providers and support staff dedicated to providing quality care in the sunny Tri-Cities.

     

    * Full-time position

    * Outpatient care only

    * Monday to Friday schedule

    * Dedicated and supportive group

    * On-site lab and diagnostic services

    * New graduates are encouraged to apply

    * Compensation is between $238,830 and $330,915 per year

    * The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

    * Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, CME and relocation assistance

    * As a non-profit organization, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
