Executive Support Program Manager, Senior

The Opportunity:

As a program management spe cia list, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced program management spe cia list who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you'll assist in the implementation and maintenance of organizational programs in support of client strategy. You'll work with key stakeholders to review program requirements and support strategies to achieve them. You'll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and Azure DevOps ( ADO ) and regular interactions with leaders and SMEs.

You Have:

+ 7+ years of experience in DoD program or project management

+ Experience developing senior-level briefs, white papers, and executive summaries, translating technical reports, and c ond ucting analysis

+ Experience providing program management and executive support to O-5 military officers

+ Experience using collaboration tools

+ Experience planning, scheduling, coordinating, or delivering medium- to large-scale DoD Information Technology ( IT ) projects or programs

+ Experience with Agile principles, stakeholder management, and action tracking

+ Knowledge of IT technical concepts, best practices, and developing client solutions

+ Ability to visualize data and identify strategy to create and use dashboards to analyze data and identify trends

+ Secret clearance

+ Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

+ Experience supporting Navy IT programs or operations

+ Experience with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library ( ITIL ) service lifecycle or IT Service Management ( ITSM ) framework

+ Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills at the executive level

+ Project Management Professional ( PMP ) Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
