    Description

    Starting Salary Range: $110,000 - $128,000; position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

    What you’ll do as our Senior Windows Server Administrator:

    + Perform day-to-day systems administration for Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 environments.

    + Manage over 1,500 Windows servers and support critical infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, file services, and virtualization.

    + Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).

    + Support technologies such as Cisco UCS, Pure Storage, Cohesity backup, and private cloud infrastructure.

    + Lead performance tuning, patching, hardware repair coordination, and support for third-party software installations.

    + Design and implement enterprise solutions aligned with business and compliance requirements.

    + Build meaningful metrics and reporting to track system health and performance.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver infrastructure solutions with transparency and efficiency.

    What we’re looking for:

    + Proven experience with Windows Server administration in enterprise environments.

    + Hands-on expertise in Cisco UCS gear, Microsoft SCCM, Pure Storage, and Cohesity.

    + Strong scripting and automation capabilities, particularly in PowerShell.

    + Solid understanding of IT security best practices and core infrastructure concepts (Active Directory, DNS, virtualization, OS deployment, patching, etc.).

    + Familiarity with server hardware architecture and VMWare (preferred).

    + Experience with private cloud environments (preferred).

    Preferred Certifications:

    + Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

    + Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

     

    Appropriate level will be determined based upon experience, knowledge, and skills.
