JOB SUMMARY
The Senior HRIS Administrator is responsible for executing core HR administrative functions, including transaction processing, data entry and audits, along with customer service support for employees. Ensures the accuracy and integrity of employee data and supports the employee lifecycle through timely and efficient service delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Processes and supports HR transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, employee data changes and terminations in an effective, efficient and accurate manner.
+ Performs routine and ad hoc data entry as needed with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Conducts regular audits of HR data to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
+ Serves as the first point of contact for system inquiries from employees, providing Tier 1 support for self-service functions.
+ Documents and maintains standard processes for assigned responsibilities.
+ Collaborates with HR team members to support onboarding and offboarding processes.
+ Assists with ad hoc and standard report generation.
+ Maintains confidentiality and security of employee records and sensitive information.
+ Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
+ High school diploma or relevant, equivalent experience and/or education; associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
+ Minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience in Human Resources with a focus on HR systems.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); proven experience with Cloud HRIS; Oracle HCM preferred; Learning Management System experience desired.
+ Experience with data analysis and reporting tools preferred.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
+ Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
