Collaborative medical home model care teams with Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Family Medicine clinicians. Highlights about the practice:
+ Schedule: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, 34 patient contact hours.
+ Call: 1 weeknight call per week and every fourth weekend Friday - Sunday.
+ Located on the 1st floor of the hospital, this clinic offers 14 exam spaces, seeing up to ~20 patients per day, averaging ~20+ births annually.
+ Birthing Center offers 12 private suites, 2 c-section & 2 post-partum suites and OB/GYN collaboration.
+ 1:1 Medical Assistant, In-basket NP support, EPIC EMR, Dragon, and DAX AI Scribe.
+ On-site: Medical Social Workers, Dietitians, Clinical Pharmacist, Diabetic & Palliative Care Specialists, Phlebotomists, Behavioral health support services.
+ In-house Controlled Substance Management and Chronic Care Coordination Teams.

Lake Sacajawea, directly across from St. John Medical Center is in the heart of Longview. A gravel trail circumnavigates the lake and is just under 4 miles and can offer a quick, refreshing break on a busy day.
+ Our community is just a short one-hour drive to the Pacific Ocean.
+ Longview and the neighboring community of Kelso have a combined population of ~100,000 residents.
