JOB SUMMARY
The Project Coordinator position is within Prolink's Operations department and partners with key stakeholders to support multiple large accounts and assist with talent placements, submission, selection, onboarding, management, and timecard collection.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Provide administrative support to Prolink Project Coordinator Manager with multiple large accounts
+ Add talent submissions to the roster for pre screeners to lock in
+ Assist with timecard collection as needed
+ Create new placements and confirm starts including offer letter, compliance email, verify contact information and updating placement details
+ Process payrate changes for talent on contract ● Assist Project Coordinator Manager in talent selection, onboarding, compliance, and talent management
+ Offer suggestions for process improvement
+ Approve placements when project manager is out
+ Assist Project Coordinator Manager in client communication and administrative functions regarding talent compliance files, onboarding and assignment offers
+ Communicate with internal Prolink team on account updates, extension offers, and talent management
+ Assist in daily and weekly reporting and QBRs to client
+ Provide reports to teams regarding project status and updates
+ Support Joint Commission and Relias efforts as needed
+ Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics
+ Respond to requests from Recruiting Mangers and Recruiters
+ Provide coverage when CRM Coordinators are out of office
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
+ 1+ years of experience in a related field
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, coordination, customer service, leadership, and sales skills
+ Strong motivation, integrity, and perseverance
+ Able to be flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines, deliver results, and quickly pivot based on shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
+ Able to use a variety of business or technical programs to complete tasks
+ High level of integrity, motivation, accountability, perseverance, and alignment with Prolink’s values

Candidates with additional and relevant experience, education, licensing, or certification beyond the role’s requirements and/or specific to the nature of Prolink’s business will be given additional consideration in the candidate selection process.
