    Job Description

    Our Commercial Leader Program – Aesthetics (CLPA) provides a dynamic experience that develops high-potential MBA talent for future Allergan Aesthetics Commercial leadership roles at AbbVie. By rotating through a variety of commercial roles across Allergan Aesthetics, CLPA addresses the business needs of today while helping to grow experienced, well-rounded management talent for tomorrow. Over the three years and three rotations, you may work in rotations in the following fields:

     

    + Marketing – Customer, Consumer or Digital

    + Sales – National Strategic Accounts

    + Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) - Training Center

    Qualifications

    + Must be currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program completing your second year, preferably with an emphasis on marketing or general management

    + Must be enrolled in university the semester following your internship and graduate with an MBA degree between December 2025 – June 2026.

    + At least 3 years of prior work experience required

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred

    + Demonstrated leadership potential

    + Strong analytical skills

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills

    + Understanding of aesthetics/beauty/luxury brands industry is a plus

    + The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that theCompany believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job gradefor this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors includinggeographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may bemodified in the future.​​
