    The Opportunity:

    On the EITaaS program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DAF to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.

     

    We have an exciting opportunity for a VoIP/VoSIP Technician to join our team at Peterson SFB in Colorado.

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide deskside placement and basic troubleshooting for VoIP/VoSIP devices and submit tickets/elevate incidents and requests as required.

    + Coordinate with the provisioning authority during the installation of new VoIP/VoSIP devices.

    + Install new software releases and system upgrades, evaluate and install patches, and resolve software related problems for the server component of a Cisco Unified Communication Manager (UCM).

    + Perform system backups and recovery, maintain data files, and monitor system configurations to ensure data integrity.

    + Create, maintain, and troubleshoot client endpoints within the UCM to include software defined and physical configurations.

    + Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on assignments.

    + Performs work that requires practical experience and training.

    Qualifications:

    + High school degree and 3+ years’ experience

    Pay Range:

    This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.​

    Minimum Req** **uired Hourly Wage:

    $26.75
