    Description

    Majestic Glove, a leader in hand, body, and eye protection, is seeking a **field-focused, strategic End-User Development Specialist** to drive growth and build demand for our premium PPE solutions. In this national role, you’ll engage directly with end-users in construction, manufacturing, and related industrial sectors—identifying opportunities, building relationships, and recommending the right protective gear for the job. Your success will help pull product demand through targeted distributors, reinforcing our commitment to safety and service.

    _Responsibilities:_

    + Identify and target high-potential end-user accounts in construction, manufacturing, and transportation sectors

    + Conduct jobsite visits, walk-throughs, and assessments to evaluate PPE needs

    + Recommend and demonstrate appropriate Majestic Glove products to meet site-specific hazards

    + Build trusted relationships with safety managers, procurement leaders, and field operations personnel

    + Educate end-users on safety best practices, compliance requirements, and product selection

    + Collaborate with our distribution partners to pull demand through the channel effectively

    + Maintain activity and opportunity tracking within CRM systems

    + Provide market feedback to Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams

    + Represent Majestic Glove at trade shows, safety events, and customer meetings

    + Travel extensively (up to 75%) across the U.S.

    _Requirements:_

    + High school diploma or GED equivalent required

    + Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + 3–5 years of experience in end-user development, outside industrial sales, or field-based B2B relationship management

    + Knowledge of industrial environments and safety requirements, especially in construction or manufacturing

    + Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills

    + Proven ability to build rapport and influence buying decisions at the jobsite and executive level

    + Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a national territory

    + Must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance

    + Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite

    + Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight travelMajestic WA salary range: $80K-110K plus bonus eligibility based on experience, education and geographic location.

    Preferred:

    + Experience working with or through distributors in an industrial sales environment

    + Knowledge of PPE categories such as gloves, garments, and safety eyewear

    + OSHA 30 or safety-related certifications (QSSP, CSP, CHST)
