    The **GP7000 Program and Production Operations Team** are seeking an **Industrial Manager** to ensure industrial plans and supportability for Pratt & Whitney internal & external shops for the GP7000 program and to drive alignment with production and aftermarket requirements.

     

    Focal will drive to identify, quantify and implement industrial risk mitigation. Will also be the customer interface for reporting industrial plans, part recovery and will lead the GP7000 program industrial reviews with IPMT. Focal will also partner with the Program office to collectively achieve program industrial milestones/objectives to support fleet and shop visit needs.

    What You Will Do:

    + Works across Partners & P&W to resolve current part shortages.

    + Drive a holistic part supply solution accounting for factors such as “used serviceable” part availability, 3rd party material providers, repair yields, repair supply streams, etc.

    + Maintains robust processes to communicate part delivery commits.

    + Develops weekly Heat Maps that identifies & quantifies part risks.

    + Interface with respective executives relative to issue mitigation, as required.

    + Interface with Aftermarket to maintain a five-year spare part forecast. Responsible to ensure proper loading of GP7200 MRP/Forecast requirements. Align with Partners (MTU & SAB) to ensure their forecast is in line with GP7200 Program needs

    + Work with Materials Organization in support of timely SIOP planning and loading

    + Develop systemic approach to evaluate potential/future part shortages and implement early action to preclude such part shortages

    + Accountable for all GP7200 inventory, including Program reserve and E&O decisions

    + Focal point for EA tooling requests/needs at EA Shops

    + Support capacity and tooling ramp-up by repair/make decisions

    + Report dotted line to P&W Industrial team. This may change to direct reporting to P&W Industrial team.

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    + A Bachelor's Degree and 12 years prior experience to include Aerospace aftermarket, oran Advanced Degree and 10 years of experience

    + 5 years of experience required in manufacturing or shop operations with a demonstrated strong program management background

    + 2 years of experience with relevant SAP transactions; fluent in Microsoft Office

    This role is:

    **Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

     

    Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.

     

    The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

     

    RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

     

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
