    Pay Rate:

    _The pay rate for this job is $15 - $18 / hour*_

    What you'll be doing as a Fixture Builder:

    + Fabrication & Assembly

    + Build fixtures, jigs, and tooling using hand tools, power tools, and machines (e.g., mills, lathes, grinders)

    + Assemble components with precision to ensure they hold parts securely and accurately

    + Use materials such as steel, aluminum, and plastics depending on application

    + Modification & Troubleshooting

    + Modify existing fixtures to improve function or accommodate new parts

    + Inspect and test fixtures for quality, precision, and durability

    + Troubleshoot and correct any issues in fit, alignment, or stability

    + Maintenance & Documentation

    + Maintain fixtures and ensure they are stored safely and in good working order

    + Keep records of fixture designs, changes, and repair history

    + Safety & Compliance

    + Follow safety procedures and regulations in fabrication and machining environments

    + Ensure fixtures meet quality and performance standards

    Available shifts:

    Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

    Job requirements:

    + Experience with CNC and manual machining

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint reading skills

    + Proficiency with measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.)

    + Attention to detail and precision

    + Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) is a plus
