BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a remote **Client Services Associate** in our Home Health Division in Hawaii. The Client Services Associate will:
+ Provide superior customer service and quality home care
+ Focus on managing coordination of client services and emergent scheduling issues
+ Assist the division in office tasks, process improvement and implementation as directed by the client services manager.
+ Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
+ Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team in a multi-office environment
Qualifications for a Client Services Associate:
+ Bachelor degree is preferred but not required.
+ Prior knowledge of/experience with Medicare, HCHB and OASIS a plus
+ Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
+ Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
+ Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
+ Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
+ Knowledge in AI copilot tools for workflow optimization.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
+ Must be available to work HST hours
