    BayCare is currently in search of our newest **Urgent Care Rep** who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community.     Position Details:

    + **Location:** Hillsborough & Polk County Float Team

    + **Status:** Full Time (non-exempt)

    + Twelve (12) hour shift 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday (or until the last patient leaves) with two days on, then two days off rotation.

    + This will include every other weekend (Weekend Differential may apply)

    + **Float Team:** **This PRN position** will require travel to satellite locations providing own transportation (submitted, approved mileage reimbursable) throughout Hillsborough & PolkCounties. Sometimes this is with minimal notice. To compensate for the travel expectations, you will receive an additional $2.00/hour above your base rate when working & mileage reimbursement.

    The Urgent Care Rep is responsible for:

    + Responsible for supporting the urgent care operation by obtaining accurate patient and client information

    + Completing accurate and timely registrations

    + Collecting and posting charges and payments

    + Working in multiple systems simultaneously

    + Answering patient and client questions

    + Distributing information to patients and clients including medical record

    + Performing other duties as assigned.

    Required Education:

    + High School or Equivalent

    Experience:

    + Required 6 months of healthcare

    + Or 6 months of Customer Service
