**How often will this team member be working remotely?** Never

**Responsibilities - Pharmacy Intern** , under the immediate oversight of a licensed Clinical Pharmacist, include:

+ Supporting the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department

+ Expanding their knowledge and practice skills by participating in dispensing and drug distribution, pharmacy administrative activities, dissemination of drug and product information, and development of clinical skills.

+ Exposure to a hospital pharmacy setting enhances the Intern's awareness of the role and responsibilities of the pharmacist.

Education:

+ Required - Currently Enrolled in Pharmacy (ACPE approved College of Pharmacy)

Certifications and Licensure:

+ Required - Pharmacy Intern registry with the Florida Board of Pharmacy
