    Your role and responsibilities

    We are looking for a creative and customer focused Outbound Product Manager to serve as an AI Technology Evangelist in IBM’s Business Automation portfolio. This is a strategic role focused on crafting compelling product experiences, driving outward engagement, and shaping the future of our portfolio. In this role you will lead the development of immersive demos, industry-specific and cross-portfolio use cases, and customer-facing narratives that bring our portfolio to life across diverse audiences including customers, analysts, and partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Strategic Leadership: As a member of the cross-portfolio outbound product management team, you will serve as a leading voice of cross-portfolio strategy, align multiple portfolio stakeholders, deliver valuable outcomes, and realize the intended impacts.

    * Strategic Vision: Assist in creating and sharing cross-portfolio strategic guidance to shape product vision and roadmaps aligned with IBM’s business goals.

    * Act as the Business Automation AI Technical Evangelist, representing the company at events, customer briefings, partner sessions, and analyst engagements.

    * Deliver memorable, focused, and engaging high-impact demos that highlight cross-portfolio, singular use cases.

    * Build strong relationships with external stakeholders to gather insights, validate messaging, and amplify the value of our solutions.

    * Collaborate with marketing, sales, and enablement teams to ensure demo assets are scalable, accessible, and aligned with go-to-market strategies.

    * Contribute to the cross-portfolio strategic roadmap, helping define pathways to a unified platform vision.

    * Conduct competitive technical analysis and market comparisons to inform product positioning and differentiation.

    * Agile Team Facilitation: Foster an Agile team environment, maximizing productivity throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

    Required technical and professional expertise

    * A minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, technical marketing, or solution engineering.

    * Strong technical skills in practical applications of AI / agents and process-automation technologies.

    * Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging both technical and executive audiences.

    * Proven ability to create compelling product demos, blogs and customer-facing content.

    * Strong understanding of enterprise software, platforms, and cross-product integration.

    * Experience with competitive analysis and market research.

    * Adaptability: A proactive and flexible attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a product management role.

    * Willingness to travel for customer and industry engagements.

    * Bachelor's degree or higher in business, software engineering, data science, operations, or related product/process management fields.

    Preferred technical and professional experience

    * MBA or equivalent Graduate Degree
