TE Connectivity in Berwyn, PA is looking for aBusiness Intelligence Analysttotarget and drive business discussions to understand business strategy, business challenges and strategic priorities. Identify analytics use cases, scope out minimal viable product, and qualify analytics opportunities that address business problems. Coordinate and lead development teams building Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. BI technical skillsets - AWS Cloud Services, SAP HANA, Oracle, SAP Business Objects Suite, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, and JIRA. Meet with TE business individuals and project stakeholders to gather and analyze their business requirements, converting requirements into technical designs. Discuss internally with TE business teams to understand the return on investment savings such as increase in revenue, increase in productivity, and/or lean processes realized from the AI and BI projects executed. Ensure all projects in the portfolio are completed on time and within budget by providing oversight and coordination with business teams, and execution teams involved in the project. Create high-level portfolio health status reports including graphs measuring projects progress, risk analysis, and issue tracking. Create Marketing and Communication adoption plans to increase usage of BI and AI applications and analytics partnerships with the TE Information Systems Communication and Marketing team. Create detailed presentations to highlight the benefits of all of the executed projects in the portfolio. Shape future analytics demands of initiatives that drive analytics maturity, have defined value impact and scale across business units. Understand the needs and pain points unique to our business units and identify opportunities for analytics to solve their problems. Develop relationships and partner with business leaders to develop analytics strategies, roadmaps, and investment plans to achieve business goals. Create compelling, persuasive presentation materials to communicate business case/value and recommendations clearly and concisely. Conduct regular meetings to track issues and discuss resolutions. **Requirements** :Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, business, electrical engineering, electronics engineering,or related field (or foreign equivalent), plus5 years of experience in the job offered,or in a related occupation.

**Special Requirements** : Requires 5 years of experience with the following:

1. Analytic tools including SAP Business Objects suite, Oracle, and SAP Data Services.

2. Analytic tools including SAP Hana, Hadoop, and Tableau.

3. Leading development teams in an onsite-offshore model.

4. Project Management and implementation.

5. Delivering solutions on-time and on-budget, and gathering and analyzing business requirements.
