Job Description:
Are you a data-driven growth marketer who thrives on building pipeline and driving measurable results?
We’re hiring two Demand Gen/Growth Marketing Managers (individual contributors) to accelerate Sage’s fastest-growing region—North America—by driving growth marketing efforts for our Sage Intacct product in the U.S. market, focused on targeted verticals.
This hands-on role, involves managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing strategies while collaborating closely with Senior Demand Gen/Growth Marketing Managers, Product Marketing, Campaign/Content Production, and Sales team to drive measurable pipeline growth and business outcomes.
If you're a data-driven, analytical marketer who can speak to the full prospect journey—from lead capture to MQLs and through to Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs)—and can identify, optimize and close gaps in the funnel, this could be your next impactful opportunity.

Minimum Qualifications:
• 4 years of experience in B2B demand gen/growth marketing.
• You’ve managed and optimized B2B multi-channel campaigns and can clearly speak to how they've driven leads through the funnel - from initial capture to MQL and SQO.
• You’ve worked toward MQL and SQO targets and understand how performance connects to pipeline and revenue.
• Demonstrated multi-channel experience - in paid search, SEO, email marketing, and content syndication
• Proficient in Salesforce and PowerBI (or similar tools) for campaign tracking and performance reporting.
• Known for your effective communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams.
• You have a proactive approach to solving challenges and optimizing performance without an ego—you're focused on getting things done and driving results.

• Drive lifecycle management of marketing initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Optimize the marketing funnel and address performance gaps.
• Collaborate and align with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing) around vertical strategies.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and forecast future outcomes.
• Champion process consistency, campaign QA, and workflow standardization.
