About the Role
We’re looking for a Graduate Product Manager to join our team at Sage and help shape the future of AI and machine learning in our accounting and finance products. You’ll work closely with senior product managers, data scientists, engineers, accountants, and business stakeholders to support the delivery of innovative Generative AI solutions that improve our services and boost operational efficiency.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated graduate or early-career professional to learn product management best practices while contributing to cutting-edge AI initiatives, such as our Copilot features and LLM development
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision Support
• Contribute to defining the product vision and roadmap by conducting research and sharing insights.
• Assist in exploring opportunities to integrate Generative AI technologies into our products.
• Help ensure that product plans align with company objectives and stakeholder needs.
Product Planning & Development Support
• Translate user and business needs into clear requirements under the guidance of senior PMs.
• Work with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, UX/UI, accounting) to prioritize and deliver features.
• Support the planning and tracking of product development activities to ensure timely delivery.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
• Assist in collecting and analyzing product performance data and customer feedback.
• Help identify areas for improvement and support iterations on existing features.
• Contribute to ensuring AI/ML products meet compliance and security standards
.
Market & Technical Research
• Research market trends, emerging AI/ML technologies, and competitive products to support product planning.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand the feasibility and impact of AI/ML features.
• Assist in assessing the business value of new ideas and enhancements.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a Graduate, ideally in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest/ graduate coursework in AI/ML technologies and their real-world applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn product management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
Tools & Technology (Nice to Have, but Not Required)
• Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Notion, Jira).
• Experience with collaboration tools like GitHub is a plus.
This role will be based in our Ponce City Market office. We work on a hybrid basis with 3 days in the office per week.
