    What You'll Be Doing

    + Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.

    + Coordinate with team members to optimize production efficiency.

    + Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure operational readiness.

    + Implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

    + Prepare and analyze reports to support decision-making.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    + Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
